The Goetheanum
Located 2.3 km away in the neighbouring village of Dornach, it attracts many visitors every year. In 1914, Rudolf Steiner built the Goetheanum with the aim of reuniting the arts as a total work of art. In the Goetheanum, the visual arts of architecture, sculpture and painting frame the performing arts of drama, eurythmy and music.
The Goetheanum can be visited daily from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Every Saturday at 2 p.m. there are guided tours in German and English for CHF 20.
